The event, which was held at a very high standard, was attended by members of the Puntland government, including the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Hon. Abdirizak Abdullahi Hagaag, the Minister of Health, Hon. Saeed Jama Qoorsheel, the Deputy Minister of Ports, Hon.
