The Dean will be responsible for overseeing all academic, administrative, and fiscal activities within the Health Sciences Faculty, which includes programs in [Nursing, Midwifery, Clinical officer, Pharmacy, Nutrition and food science, Clinical Laboratory, Agrovet, etc.]. Enhance student recruitment, retention, and graduation rates within the health sciences programs.<\/li>\n \t<li>Support and advance the research agenda of the division, encouraging faculty and students to engage in scholarly activities and securing external funding.<\/li>\n \t<li>Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, industry leaders, government agencies, and community organizations.
