This agreement aims to enhance collaboration in education, research, student exchanges, and scholarship initiatives. The MoU was executed by Prof. Games Khindi, Vice Chancellor of Pwani University, and Eng. Abdulhakim Husein Urug, President of CITYCOT University.

The ceremony was graced by notable attendees, including the Minister of Fisheries of Puntland, deans from both universities, and representatives from CITYCOT’s Office of International Relations and Research. The event concluded with remarks from H.E. Ilyas Osman Lugatoor, the Vice President of the Puntland State Government.
